What We Did.

10 to 1 Public Relations worked closely with Title Alliance to develop a multipronged public relations campaign to meet the company’s goals, generating hundreds of features in local, national, and industry publications. These media relations efforts focused on launching in new markets, building awareness for established offices, sharing information about the company’s corporate social responsibility, and promoting hiring efforts. Media training was offered to regional spokespeople as opportunities were generated. 

10 to 1 PR also worked to build Title Alliance’s reputation within the real estate industry through a variety of tactics. 10 to 1 PR successfully identified and secured numerous speaking opportunities for company executives at marquee conferences and events. 10 to 1 PR also leveraged the expertise of company executives to promote them as thought leaders in the industry through byline articles and interviews. 10 to 1 PR also successfully nominated Title Alliance for various awards that would further build the company’s reputation within the industry.

What We Did.

10 to 1 Public Relations worked with business interests in Puerto Peñasco to found the Peñasco Business Coalition as a collective strategy to promote travel to the region. 

Over the course of a year, 10 to 1 Public Relations generated 100 media features in targeted media outlets promoting travel to and safety of the region. 10 to 1 PR developed positive relationships with local officials, including the Mayor of Peñasco Business Coalition, to invite to be a spokesperson on behalf of the Coalition. 

10 to 1 PR worked with primary members of the Coalition to promote these individual businesses as part of the broader plan to promote the region. This included generating stories for a brand new and modern condo complex that has been under construction, and announcing different phases of construction milestones to generate excitement for the new development. 

As the coronavirus pandemic spread across the globe in 2020, 10 to 1 Public Relations shifted our strategic communications plan as governments enforced stay-at-home orders to reduce the spread of the virus. 10 to 1 PR shifted the strategy to share information about Rocky Point’s phased reopening plan as progress was made against the virus.

What We Did.

As Air Pros USA expanded across the country, 10 to 1 PR employed a strategic public relations plan to build awareness and trust for the brand as they entered new markets. This involved announcing the company’s acquisition in those markets as well as running themed campaigns such as giving away glow sticks for Fourth of July celebrations, supporting teachers during the transition to remote learning during the pandemic, and a contest to give away an A/C unit to a veteran among other initiatives. All efforts have resulted in hundreds of media features in key markets.

As the company grew, it also needed to hire additional employees. 10 to 1 PR supported these efforts by issuing hiring announcements in markets where Air Pros USA was hiring to build awareness for the job opportunities. This also generated a positive reputation for the company as one that was a strong employer in the community.

In some instances, 10 to 1 PR drafted language to respond directly to elected officials’ concerns. Through these efforts, 10 to 1 PR was successful in demonstrating Havenpark’s side of the story and shifting the tone of some media stories to be more favorable for the company. 

10 to 1 PR also worked with different communities that Havenpark managed across the country to announce new community improvements and events to generate positive stories for the company and those communities.

While the brokerage firm went through periods of transition with its corporate structure, 10 to 1 Public Relations was successful in developing and implementing a robust public relations campaign to reaffirm the brokerage’s brand identity, resulting in several hundred articles and interviews over several years. The public relations campaign generated positive awareness for the brokerage, ultimately helping them to attract and retain a number of real estate agents.

Part of the public relations campaign focused on targeting real estate industry outlets and publications to place the Corcoran Platinum Living brand in front of real estate agents in Arizona and across the country. 10 to 1 Public Relations was also successful in nominating brokerage leaders for several awards including the BBB Torch Awards for Ethics and RIS Media’s Trendsetters, among others. These efforts also established the brokerage’s founders as thought leaders in the industry, further contributing to a positive brand association.

What We Did.

10 to 1 Public Relations worked with Casago to develop a multinational strategic communications plan that would support Casago’s goals. 10 to 1 PR was ultimately successful in generating hundreds of media features in key markets in both the U.S. and Mexico to grow Casago’s positive brand image. Part of 10 to 1 PR’s media strategy was to showcase the company’s corporate social responsibility and philanthropic efforts and offer expert insight to property owners interested in entering the short term rentals industry. 10 to 1 PR offered media training to the company’s CEO and other spokespeople as required.

One part of the public relations plan was to develop Casago’s CEO into a thought leader in the community and the industry. This was accomplished through strategic award nominations (including Phoenix Business Journal’s Most Admired Leader and Real Estate Magazine’s Newsmaker Awards) as well as exclusive interviews with respected outlets like The Washington Post and USA Today. 

10 to 1 PR also guided Casago’s public affairs efforts to speak out on legislation affecting the short term rentals industry, including writing op-eds for influential outlets like the Arizona Capitol Times and drafting talking points for testifying at the Arizona Legislature.
