Title Alliance’s family of companies is currently in 10 states with more than 55 offices. Title Alliance’s roots date back to 1948 when their first agency, which is still in existence today, was formed in Media, Pennsylvania. Since 1983, the company has been forming successful single and multi-state joint ventures with lenders, realtors, and builders.

What We Did.

10 to 1 Public Relations worked closely with Title Alliance to develop a multipronged public relations campaign to meet the company’s goals, generating hundreds of features in local, national, and industry publications. These media relations efforts focused on launching in new markets, building awareness for established offices, sharing information about the company’s corporate social responsibility, and promoting hiring efforts. Media training was offered to regional spokespeople as opportunities were generated. 

10 to 1 PR also worked to build Title Alliance’s reputation within the real estate industry through a variety of tactics. 10 to 1 PR successfully identified and secured numerous speaking opportunities for company executives at marquee conferences and events. 10 to 1 PR also leveraged the expertise of company executives to promote them as thought leaders in the industry through byline articles and interviews. 10 to 1 PR also successfully nominated Title Alliance for various awards that would further build the company’s reputation within the industry.

What We Did.

10 to 1 Public Relations worked with Havenpark Communities to address and respond to several urgent crisis scenarios. In some instances, 10 to 1 PR drafted language to respond directly to elected officials’ concerns. Through these efforts, 10 to 1 PR was successful in demonstrating Havenpark’s side of the story and shifting the tone of some media stories to be more favorable for the company. 

10 to 1 PR also worked with different communities that Havenpark managed across the country to announce new community improvements and events to generate positive stories for the company and those communities.

10 to 1 PR developed an extensive media training curriculum to present to Havenpark community managers to establish policies and structure should they encounter any potential crisis scenarios.

What We Did.

To date, 10 to 1 Public Relations has generated hundreds of positive stories for FirstBank primarily within the Phoenix media market. Much of our efforts have been focused on FirstBank’s philanthropic efforts, generating a great deal of buzz for FirstBank’s involvement in Arizona Gives Day among other charitable campaigns and donations. 10 to 1 PR worked with various FirstBank spokespeople to train and prepare them ahead of interviews to ensure the right message was delivered. 

10 to 1 PR also generated many features with Phoenix’s leading business publications, adding to FirstBank’s positive reputation within the Phoenix business community. 

10 to 1 PR has also added to FirstBank’s credibility for its customer base by submitting winning nominations for numerous awards and recognitions, including Phoenix Business Journal Most Admired Leader, AZ Business Angel Awards, AZ Big Media’s Most Admired Companies, among others. 

In the Arizona market, FirstBank has continued to see year-over-year record-setting growth in deposits as well as loans and assets.
